Description:
The JB Kind Canterbury 4 Panel Grained White Primed Internal FD30 Fire Door exudes timeless sophistication, showcasing a classic smooth-effect design that complements both traditional and modern homes alike. Pre-primed and ready for your desired paint finish, this interior door provides versatility and lasting charm. Built with a standard core construction, the Canterbury door ensures reliability and suitability for a range of design styles.
Additionally, the Canterbury holds FSC chain of custody certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, making it a conscientious choice for your home.
All JB Kind White internal doors are supplied with a pristine white primed finish with the option to paint them your preferred colour or to blend seamlessly into your decor or stand out as a statement piece.
These doors are especially vulnerable to constant high humidity and care must be taken not to fit in new properties before plasterwork etc. has been allowed to dry out sufficiently.
Installing an internal fire door isn’t the same as hanging a normal door. It is a complex procedure requiring detailed understanding and should be fitted by someone with the correct training.
Failure to fit a fire door correctly will compromise the door’s performance and ultimately property and lives will be at risk. Your Building Control Officer will check for compliance of the door itself and also the way it is fitted and the components used in fitting.
All of JB Kind’s FD30 internal fire doors fully comply with Part B of the Building Regulations when fitted in accordance with their certification and we always advise working with an approved fitter who is a member of an accredited scheme e.g. FIRAS.
