1) Payment

1a) Payment for the full cost of goods and associated delivery charges must be received in full prior to any order being accepted. On receiving payment, we will confirm via email with an order confirmation that payment has been received successfully and the order confirmed. A further email will be sent containing the customers VAT Tax invoice.

1b) Prior to payment, availability of products will be communicated via the product page. Doors Outlet Limited will endeavour to inform customers as soon as possible if there are unforeseen lead times and issues with stock availability.

1c) Doors Outlet Limited reserve the right to refuse any order received online. Refusal of an order will be done in a timely manner, and at which point a full refund will be issued including any associated delivery charges.

2) Products & Price

2a) Product prices are clearly displayed on each product page and related to the specific variant. A variant within a product page is selected using the drop down menu. Each product page can have multiple variants, which are all individually priced.

2b) All prices displayed will show the price including VAT Tax in the larger bold font. The price excluding VAT tax is shown in the smaller font below for customers information. Once an order has been confirmed by Doors Outlet Limited a VAT invoice will be emailed to the email address provided by the customer at checkout.

2c) The prices displayed for products on the website are subject to change by Doors Outlet Limited. All prices can be subject to change until the delivery has been made, at which point the price is final. Should a price need to be altered the difference must be paid in full by the customer prior to delivery.

2d) All product prices can be subject to manufacturers increases. Manufacturers price increases must be paid in full by the customer prior to delivery.

2d) Customers have the right to refuse any alterations in the price from Doors Outlet Limited and Manufacturers price increases. Should the alteration or increase in price be refused by the customer, a full refund will be issued including any associated delivery charges.

2e) Product images are shown for each specific product page. Images shown are for illustration purposes only and can not be used for an exact reference in regards to texture, colour and construction. When applicable, samples can be requested. If the customer requests a return due to colour discrepancies and a sample has not been obtained then all return charges must be paid by the customer.

2d) All products incur delivery charges, which vary based on the materials ordered and are non-refundable. These charges will be applied during the checkout process. By selecting 'Continue to Payment Method,' the customer agrees to the delivery charge and acknowledges that it is non-refundable.

3) Returns & Refunds

3a) Customers have a legal right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for bespoke or made-to-order items. If you are unsure whether an item is bespoke, please contact our sales team at support@dooroutlet.co.uk.

3b) If the goods are received before the order is cancelled, they must be returned to the original point of dispatch at the customer’s own cost and risk.

3c) Returned goods must remain unopened and in the same condition as when received. Once the intention to return products has been communicated to Doors Outlet, the goods must be returned to the point of dispatch within 7 days.

3d) All items must be returned in their original packaging and with sufficient protective measures to prevent damage during transit. The customer is fully responsible for the goods while in transit and for any damages incurred. Returns must be sent using a secure, trackable carrier and require a signature upon delivery.

3e) For goods shipped directly from the manufacturer, returns must be sent to the manufacturer’s dispatch depot. The customer is responsible for all manufacturer-related charges, including restocking, handling, and haulage fees. Manufacturer-specific return policies, including non-return policies, will apply to the customer’s order.

3f) If you believe an order or part of an order is faulty, do not return the item before contacting our sales team to discuss the issue. Refunds, replacements, or partial refunds for faulty items will only be processed after Doors Outlet and the manufacturer confirm that the fault lies with the product.

3g) Once returned goods are received by Doors Outlet in a resalable condition, refunds will be processed within 7 days. For goods returned directly to the manufacturer, refunds may take longer to process. Refunds will only be issued after Doors Outlet receives confirmation from the manufacturer, with any applicable charges deducted.
