Shipping Policy: Terms & Conditions
1a) Deliveries are to UK mainland only. Doors Outlet Limited are not able to deliver to any address outside of the UK mainland.
1b) The delivery address for each order will be placed by the customer at the checkout stage.
1c) Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed on the product page and are relevant to each specific manufacturer. All delivery estimates are given in good faith and doors Outlet will endeavor to complete deliveries within the stated time frame. Any unforeseen delays or stock issues will be communicated in a timely manner.
1d) Doors Outlet Limited will not liable for compensation for any delays in the delivery of goods. Doors Outlet Limited strongly advise not to book any tradesman or work until the goods have been received on site.
1e) Both delivery charges and delivery timeframes are applicable to UK mainland only. Some UK postcodes are subject to extended lead times and delivery costs. If you are unsure of whether your postcode will incur such charges and extended lead times, please contact support@dooroutlet.co.uk prior to ordering.
1f) Doors Outlet Limited will endeavor to advise all delivery dates prior to attempting delivery. If the customer is unable or unwilling to accept delivery on the advised date, the customer will be liable to pay any associated re-delivery charges, handling charges or restocking charges that may be applied by the manufacturer.
1g) The delivery address is given by customers at the checkout stage. It is the customer responsibility to inform Doors Outlet Limited of any access restrictions or potential delivery issues within 12 hours of placing an order. Deliveries can be made on a range of vans and lorry sizes and can include large articulated vehicles. Doors Outlet must be notified of any potential issues.
1h) Access restrictions, can include (but not limited to) narrow roads, steep hills, double parked cars, low bridges, red routes, double yellow lines, restricted routes. Please email support@dooroutlet.co.uk if you have any concerns about the access of your delivery point.
1i) Deliveries are strictly curb side only and it is down to the individual drivers discretion to the exact point of delivery. When goods are palletised, drivers may be unable to deliver on to gravel driveways or grass. Customer must inform Doors Outlet if there is not a hard surface to offload onto at the point of delivery. Any costs relating to no deliveries where there is not a suitable surface to deliver onto must be paid in full by the customer.
1j) Products are sold and delivered on a supply basis only. Doors Outlet Limited does not offer installation of products.
1k) Goods must be checked on delivery and any issues must be written on delivery paperwork. Should there be any issues with he quality of goods, Doors Outlet Limited must be informed as soon as possible and within 12 hours of the delivery. Quality issues and damages will not be accepted if delivery notes are not signed for and reported within 12 hours of the delivery.
1l) Customers are advised to contact Doors Outlet Limited if there are any issues or damaged visible on delivery. It may be advised to reject the delivery if any issues are present. Orders signed for as unchecked will be deemed to have been accepted in good condition.
