LPD White Primed Fire & Smoke Intumescent - 2100mm x 20mm x 4mm. This white fire and smoke intumescent seal has a nylon pile brush to stop smoke as well as the standard intumescent strip. Designed with a discreet look that blends into the door frame. Simple to install, with a self adhesive strip, it can also be cut to size quickly and easily for convenient fitting.
Fire and smoke intumescent fire strips are designed to expand in the event of a fire. Placed around a door frame, the heat from a fire cases them to expand and seal off the gap between the door and the door frame. The brush works to stop smoke, too. For maximum effectiveness they need to be rebated into the door or door frame.
