The Mendes Thermawood Devon Grey Primed Obscure Glazed External Door combines traditional entrance-door styling with modern thermal performance, making it an excellent choice for both renovation projects and new-build properties.
Featuring an attractive arched panel design with vertical groove detailing, the Devon offers a classic appearance while the centrally positioned obscure glazed panel allows natural light to enter the hallway without compromising privacy.
Manufactured with an advanced insulated construction, the Thermawood Devon features an XPS foam insulated core, structural LVL construction, Meranti lippings and an internal aluminium reinforcement layer. This combination provides excellent stability while helping to reduce heat loss through the entrance door. The door achieves an approximate U-value of 1.32–1.36 W/m²K, depending on size.
The glazing incorporates toughened safety glass, Low-E coating and Argon gas filling, helping improve thermal efficiency while maintaining the privacy benefits of an obscure glazed entrance door.
Supplied grey primed in RAL 7038, the door provides a smooth base ready for the required final topcoat, allowing it to be finished in a colour that complements the property.
